Something not working, or a question about Supper Court? Here is how to reach us, and answers to the questions people ask most.

Get help

Tap Feedback at the bottom of any page on the Supper Court website. It comes straight to us.

Or email hello@lotlsoft.com, from the website or the app. Saying which phone and browser (or the app) you used, and what you tapped, helps us find the problem faster.

Common questions

Do I need an account?

No. There is nothing to sign up for and no password. Open Supper Court and start a court.

Where did my court go?

A shared court, the kind everyone joins from a link on their own phone, closes 24 hours after its last answer or change, and everything in it is deleted. After that the link says the court has adjourned. Start a new one and send the new link.

A "Just me" or pass-the-phone court stays in that browser until you start over or clear your browsing data. It is never sent to us, so we cannot recover it.

Do the people I invite need the app?

No. A court link opens in any browser. If they have the Supper Court iPhone app, the link opens the court there instead.

How does Near you use my location?

Only when you tap Near you on a pick, and only after your phone or browser asks you. Your position is sent to our server for that one search and is not stored or logged. The server rounds it to a square about 500 m across and asks Google for places near the middle of that square, so Google never gets your exact position. The list of places found is kept for 24 hours under that square, not under who asked.

If you said no, allow location for this site in your browser's settings, or for Supper Court in your phone's Settings, then tap Near you again. The Google Maps and Uber Eats links work without it.

Near you says it is resting or not working

Nearby search has a daily limit, and sometimes Google does not answer. The Google Maps and Uber Eats links under the pick still work: they search near you on their own.
